Help us reach our funding goals for 2026
Our mission is to support and grow the game development community in Philadelphia and its suburbs by organizing events, providing valuable resources, and fostering networking opportunities in-person and online. From hobbyists and students to seasoned professionals, we believe everyone deserves a fun, engaging, and safe place to create, build, and grow.
Each May we hold a fundraising drive to support our events and allow us to provide more for the community that help empower game developers in Philadelphia. You have 3 flexible options to help PGM level up our XP bar for 2026!
- One-time donations to PGM made via the link above directly contribute to our goals! Whether $5 or $500, anything you donate directly goes straight to unlocking our community goals.
- New or increased Patreon tiers boost the bar! Current Patreon supporters who increase tiers get more rewards, and monthly donations support PGM throughout the year, making it easier to plan and execute the events you know and love.

Enjoy free food and drink at playtest night each month! We will expand our offerings of drinks (Non-Alchoholic), and we’ll be able to add in snacks available for everyone attending.

We want to find a way to provide a virtual, Discord experience that can run parallel to Playtest night and offer a similar experience to those who can’t make it in person. This reward allows us to purchase equipment and software that will make this possible and allow us to provide an event for an even wider range of devs in the city.

For our in person game jam weekends, we want to be able to provide something beyond soda and snacks. Hitting this goal will let us provide some free meals and relaxation for our jammers.

Coffee & Co-Working
We want to combine one of our most popular events, our monthly coffee meetups, with the space needed for some game dev co-working! Hitting this goal not only lets us secure a regular venue for this event, but it also will allow for some catered food and drinks from the Cafes around Philly!

Phillytron 2.0
Level 6
4-Player Cabinet
Thanks to the excellent work by Brandon, Adrian, and others, we have a new 2-player Phillytron Arcade Cabinet! We want to repay some of their investment in the project, and give them the funding they need to make a brand new 4-player cabinet. All Philly devs will be able to put their games on these cabinets that will move around the city and regularly be at playtest night!

Summer BBQ Buffet
Have some fun in the sun with a PGM BBQ! Bringing game devs and their families together to enjoy the weather and eat our fill, this reward will pay for the Venue and food for the event. Eat your fill! Note: we will be asking for RSVPs so we don’t end up wasting food!
